HEADING OUT THIS WEEKEND? DON'T FORGET YOUR VEHICLE!

Whether you're heading to a football game, enjoying some fall activities, visiting family, or just getting out for a drive, take a few minutes to make sure your vehicle is ready!

Before you hit the road:

✔️ 🛞 Check your tire pressure
✔️ 💡 Check your lights
✔️ 🧼 Fill your washer fluid
✔️ 🌧️ Make sure your wipers are clearing the windshield
✔️ 🦌 Watch for deer, especially around dusk and dawn
✔️ 🛑 Give yourself extra stopping distance on wet or leaf-covered roads

🍁 Fall driving can bring changing weather, darker evenings, wet leaves, and more deer activity. A little preparation can make for a safer weekend!

FALL DRIVING SAFETY TIP!🚗🍁

Leaves aren't just pretty — wet leaves can make roads slippery! 🍂

As we head into fall, keep an eye out for:

🍂 Wet leaves— They can reduce traction and increase stopping distance.
🌅 Earlier sunsets — Make sure your headlights and brake lights are working properly.
🌫️ Fog — Slow down and give yourself extra space.
🦌 Deer activity — Fall means more deer on the move, especially around dusk and dawn.
🛑 Increased stopping distance — Give yourself extra room when roads are wet or covered with leaves.
💡 Check your headlights — Good visibility is especially important as the days get shorter.

A little preparation can help keep you and your vehicle safe this fall! 🍁❤️
