Customer: "The guy that came out to do my bearing pack never took my wheels off. He said they didn’t need it and just put grease in the grease zerk fitting. I’m still getting a brake error message on my truck and it’s not stopping like it should. I went with the other guy because he was half your price… I think I’m regretting it now."
Me: "I understand your concern, and I appreciate you reaching out. If the wheels weren’t removed, then unfortunately the brakes, bearings, and seals likely weren’t properly inspected. A full bearing service is meant to include checking all of those components to make sure everything is safe and working correctly. I do my best to ensure the job is done thoroughly and properly, which is why my pricing reflects that level of service. If you’d like, I’d be happy to take a look and get everything checked out for you."
