"This is by far the most professional, cleanest, friendliest, hospitable, efficient mechanic I've ever been to. The reception area was very clean, professional, welcoming, more like an executive office than a mechanic. The bathroom was clean. They had hot and cold beverages and snacks available, an internet cafe, and a cozy waiting area.

The office assistance greeted me, was super friendly, engaged in conversation, very professional, knowledgeable, kind. He even went and asked the mechanic about who sang a song that was playing because I asked if he knew. Above and beyond. They took my car in right away (lots of places I have to wait even when I have an appointment), and finished servicing my car quickly, but not too quickly. :)
