ATTEMPT TO LOCATE STOLEN RV

On July 22nd, 2026, the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office responded to the theft of an RV in Inverness. The RV is described as a 2022 white and green Forest River Flagstaff lightweight trailer. The license plate number is QNUA87.

This coach was purchased 2 days ago from a dealership. The customer complained of a smell from the air conditioner which was missing a couple of fasteners. But more notably, a razor cut across the rear roof seam that was allowing rain water into the rear wall. The customer wouldn’t have caught this until the damage was visible inside. I also noted the genset has a display code showing a missed service interval.

This customer contacted me to replace an air conditioner that wasn’t cooling. I asked to inspect it first and found the only issue was a loose motor mounting bolt. It only took a few minutes to reinstall and get the system working.
