I am still at it. More than a few bikes have come and gone but I still have a back log. Currently doing a kz J SBK rebuild had to start with a " new " head opened the seats quite a bit and did a lot of clean up and re shaping . with the high comp and big cam's it should be very entertaining.
2 white frame 900's. The gold wheels is ready to go home porting, flat slides, big bore hi compression and a light flywheel
And the other 900 Duck is a SL in for oil leaks and a fresh top end we are doing some other fancy parts to go with what it already has as this is a V2 motor from down under. pictures of the details will be coming as it goes back together

Heat cycles on a freshend 1989 ZX750H This unit is another as close to showroom as you can find. Un fortunately it sat too long and needed love. 2 year only motor. Parts beyond scarce . Laundry list, wake it up, fork seals, brake rebuild, major carb clean. and top end. Fresh bore .5 over OE piston and ring sets. Big shout out to Dave the Dutchman for finding them through his conections and as always a perfect bore and hone ! Also Engine services in braselton for the 5 angle valve job, valve tiping and deck. First cycle after plugging in the ign it started on the 3rd rotation! Now starts instantly

Mean while back at the shop, 999 valve adj and belts, before installing in fresh powder coated frame. Triumph X pipe install requires a lot of effort including removing frame rails. Moto Guzzi because I like them. Cleanest 87 Slabby we have seen since 88. Carbs, The only way to really clean and rebuild carbs takes time and knowledge

Tank is very close . It does sit the way I want it to. We have bolted it in place. bungs are for quick release fuel fitt...

Tank is very close . It does sit the way I want it to. We have bolted it in place. bungs are for quick release fuel fittings and the plate is for the level sensor. Ed is very patient helping me make my vision in to a real nice piece

A look at my 2002 Guzzi V11 with out body work. I bought it new and really enjoyed riding this motorcycle Especially after doing a whole lot of silly stuff to make it really fun at track days)
The rolling chassis, engine and suspension are already set up how I want them, it has a lot of upgrades and 1 off's. It is currently under construction to make it fit my body better. I should be posting some project pictures soon.

Did another frame up with lots of shiney new parts, a little motor help and carb repairs last summer but I did not mount...

Did another frame up with lots of shiney new parts, a little motor help and carb repairs last summer but I did not mount the tank and other painted parts.Terry brought it back for its first service and carb tweeking . Quite a stunner fully clothed
