That’s the entire interior of a 2022 BMW X5. ⚙️

Adam pulled everything out to replace the evaporator core, a repair that requires taking the dashboard completely apart to access. It’s one of the most labor intensive repairs you can do on a modern BMW, and one that requires someone who truly knows the platform.

We’ll have it back together and the AC blowing cold.

See what we found packed on top of the subframe cradle. Apparently this car was collecting rocks like they’re Pokémon.

Just another day at Pro Import! If your car is making strange noises, don’t ignore them. Sometimes the problem is bigger (or rockier) than you think.

Meet Taylor!

We’re excited to welcome Taylor to the Pro Import Automotive Service & Repair team!

Taylor’s passion for the automotive industry started at a young age, working on cars and doing auto body work as a kid. That passion grew into a career built on knowledge, experience, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

His credentials include:

* ASE Master Certified Technician
* Nissan Master Technician
* Automotive Technology Degree from North Georgia Technical College (Class of 2008)
* Factory EV and Hybrid Certified

Taylor spent 12 years (2014–2026) at the dealership level, where he developed extensive experience diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing today’s complex vehicles before bringing his expertise to Pro Import.

When he’s not at the shop, family comes first. He enjoys building cars in his home shop, spending time on the lake, and being outdoors.

We’re proud to have Taylor on the Pro Import team and know our customers will appreciate his knowledge, attention to detail, and passion for the automotive industry. Be sure to say hello the next time you’re in the shop!

That’s the engine from this Volkswagen Tiguan on the table. ⚙️

This Volkswagen needed a rear crankshaft seal, turbocharger replacement, and timing chain replacement. Our master Audi and VW technician Adam pulled the engine to take care of it all at once.

Cylinder head replacement on a 2021 Mercedes GLB250. ⚙️

Our master technician Xavier has this one completely torn down and is working through the repair. Major engine work on a Mercedes requires knowing the platform and possessing the necessary tools and skills to perform the job correctly.

Not every shop will take on a repair like this. We do.
