Educating the consumer is key to creating a good relationship AND lessens the likelihood of a bad review. Our prices are obviously lower than the national average but I still get the “But so’n’so will do it cheaper”. Educating them on the process and warranty will help them understand why you’re more than the other person. Sell yourself, sell your services and produce a quality product that will back you up.
