This bushing is done. The rubber is cracked, torn, and basically falling out of the metal sleeve.

That little cushion keeps your suspension quiet and your tires tracking straight. When it fails like this you get clunks, wandering steering, and uneven tire wear. Catch it on the lift before it takes out something more expensive.
