Duties include but not limited too -
• Diagnostic of issues properly and effectively to fix the issue that is presenting itself.
• Must work well with other mechanics and be a team player to get the jobs completed in a timely manner.
• Must have your own tools to do the jobs that are given to you to complete.
• Must be willing to fill in where you are needed and be able to complete in shop and on the road tasks if needed.
• Must have clean driving record or close if operating our trucks or customer vehicles.
• Must have knowledge of diesel and gas engines.

We are very thankful this morning with the tragic events of last night.

One of our WV drivers was helping a stranded motorist on I-70 at the Williamsport exit, the driver was putting fuel in a Hyundai Elantra.

Around 12:50 am or approximate time the driver was struck by a black ford focus and the driver of the black ford focus drove away and never stopped.

Our driver was flown to shock trauma in Baltimore where he suffered non life threatening injuries that we are extremely thankful for as this could have been way worse then what it was.

We ask that is anyone has any information leading to the finding of this vehicle and driver who hit our driver please reach out to us or Maryland State Police immediately.
We are extremely thankful that our driver is still here with us and we are doing everything we can to find this person who has hit our driver and never once even stopped to check on him.

Customer called our Wi******er Va location stating they had a trailer hub and wheel locked up.
Our dedicated team sprung into action to get these very nice people all the way to Radford Va without issue.
We are here to help with any vehicle or trailer issues 24/7. We are dedicated to getting you back on or off the road as quickly as possible.

Last week during Communications Week, we had the opportunity to see firsthand just how much support exists for our Emergency Communications Center—and it was nothing short of humbling 🙏

We would also like to extend a special thank you to a few businesses and individuals for adopting our team and providing goodies: Keen's Towing & Hauling LLC; Sean and Rebecca Deem for the amazing desserts 🍰; Warren County Fire and Rescue for providing lunch for each shift 🚒; Penny Lane Hair Co; Warren County Senior Center, Front Royal Police Department for the amazing baskets; Mrs. Glavis and her class—and many others who showed their support in adopting our team!

On behalf of our entire agency, thank you to everyone who took a moment to show support. It meant more than you probably realize.

• Rollback/Wrecker Operator- Day & Night Shift
Must have clean driving record, Must have a DCJS ( Tow License ) and a medical card ( we will help obtain one if you don’t have one ), Must have a good worth ethic and a team player, Knowledge is preferred but not mandatory, We will Train the right candidates
We operate on a 12 hr shift 5-6 days a week. We provide a base pay guarantee as well as Commision pay anything over a discussed base rate pay.
We have Paid Vacation available after 90 days of employment. Health & dental insurance also available.

We are looking to fill a couple positions soon as possible.
We are hiring for the following:

• Experienced Mechanics (2 yr experiance minimum)-
Must have your own tools, knowledge of working on vehicles of all makes and models, must have the skill to diagnose properly the first time and get the jobs done in a timely manner. Must be able to work well with others in a shop surrounding. Pay will be based off your knowledge as well as performance in the shop.

• Rollback\Wrecker Operator- Day & Night Shift Available -
Must have clean driving record, Tow license( DCJS) or ability to obtain one, previous experience is a plus but not needed we will train the right candidates, pay is Commision based pay the more you do the more you get paid. Attention to detail is a must for operating a tow truck.

•Light Service/ Traffic Control Truck Operator-
Must have clean driving record, We will train the right candidate for the job if picked, Must have some previous knowledge of vehicles and how they work/ operate, you will help with road closure as needed and will perform jump starts, tire changes, fuel delivery’s, and lockouts on all makes and model vehicles.

• Night Time Dispatcher -
You would be expected to keep office area clean, direct drivers to calls as they make sense and as needed. You would help with administrative tasks that are given for the night time shift. Must have knowledge of computers and tablet style dispatching platforms. We will train the right candidates. Pay to be determined.
