Ok, ok. Today was a good day for Rife Moto Works. More of that Moto-archeology kinda stuff. This was another great find, out of Kansas!

1972 Honda CL450 Scrambler with an original installed set of Flying Dragon bodywork. Honda made sets in 72 / 73 as a way to get some interest in their twin models. It was a flop at the time and many kits were destroyed. Today they are very rare and sought after, with pristine examples selling over $40k.

With 20 years hunting and enjoying old motorcycles, this is the first original one of these into our shop. It needs some love, we can bring it back to s***f.

Not all days can be like a motorcyclist Indiana Jones with archeological finds and adventures.

This was a nasty 22 year old set of CRF70 forks that really needed a rebuild. They should be golden for 22 more years of service now.

We really enjoy Japanese motorcycle goodness here at Rife Moto Works.

The boys sure know how to go and pick a bike from a barn.

Paying the help with icecream isn’t as cheap as it used to be 20 years ago, but it sure is tasty here in Naples NY!

Bike picked is a 1972 BMW R60/5 that was parked in 1984 with a charging issue.
We plan to get it going, and maybe keep it!! It’s been 8 years since our R65, and it never should have been sold. An old airhead is a smooth and joyful ride.

Well, I guess we know how Oliver feels about Yamaha 4 strokes 🤣 Just another day and then this happens. Kids are a hoot.

Swing into the Black creek flea market this weekend at the fire hall in town. 8am-5pm this Saturday!

We will set up a table inside with some outdoor items, target steel, signs, and antique motorcycle things.

There will be food vendors, gun tables, outdoor gear and so much more!!! Hope to see some of you there.
