Rainy riding weekend. Got a few hours to get some cool weather miles on!

Mmhmm. Some days it's a sad day. We'll replace this old slide diaphragm and get her back on the road where she belongs.

Have a great Saturday everyone!

Tires were getting old. Told myself I'd take this pavement queen off road more, can't do that without proper tires since she's a big girl. And I'd like to stay upright if possible...

I'm not photogenic, but the Cb200 sure is! Neat scoot. Finally getting back on an old Yamaha stroke now, updates soon on that bike.

Finishing up some of my backlogged carbs. Late 70s, early 80s carbs. Removing the outside choke butterflies to separate and replace fuel rail orings and air cutoffs is always a joy on these :p

PSA for those of you who buy your own tires and tubes. It is important to get the right rim size for your tire and tube, but it is just as important to get the correct tube size to fit it. This tiny tube was in a goldwing tire. She held up for one year and then failed during storage over winter. It could have been very dangerous if it was while riding. So make sure you get the right tube! And never use the wrong rim size for a tube unless it's an absolute emergency, any folded over section will wear out at some point and cause a similar failure. Happy riding everyone!

It's the little things some days. Helping another mechanic out after he had some long hospital stays. Fixing up this 78 to see if we can get her back on the road.

Quick carb cleaning, some new gas and she fired a pile of junk out of the pipes. ( thanks mice :/ )
