This is what happens when you never skip leg day. 💪🏽

Massive RCLT HD control arms. Massive knuckles. Built for maximum strength and proven for nearly a decade in brutal competition use.

Serious strength where the load actually goes, with full-length 1/4" plate construction — 33% thicker than commonly used 3/16" in other LT kits.

And our horizontal double-shear ball joint re-design gives RCLT HD full droop without ball-joint bind, plus twice the safety factor at each joint. That geometry is a big reason why our +2.75" kit can out-flex wider +3.50" long travel setups that run stock knuckles.

👀 Okay… we couldn’t keep this one under wraps any longer.
Here’s your first look at the upcoming Transmission + Transfer Case Skid Plate system that completes our Ultimate Low Profile Skid Plate package.

The design goal was simple:
No hardware or edges hanging down. Less to snag. Nothing to shear off.

We wanted the underside as smooth as possible so the truck can glide over obstacles instead of catching on hardware, brackets, or abrupt edges. (Prototypes shown; Final version will have smooth snagless carriage bolts for the t/case actuator guard.)

These new sections are designed specifically to work with our existing Ultimate Low Profile Front Skid Plate, creating one continuous underbody protection system from front to back.

First application: 2005–2023 Tacoma

We are finishing one final prototype run now, and if everything checks out, we expect to begin taking orders around early November.

For everyone who already has our Front Ultimate Skid Plate: this is the piece you’ve been waiting for. 😎
