Shan picked up some clutching upgrades from us for his 2026 Renegade 1000R XMR! After going over options, he decided on a 3P Icon primary w/ stock secondary spring upgrade. Overall a great setup for the cost. We would also like to give a shoutout to Kenny Wayne at Miller Motorsports located in Mobil, Alabama for always providing an honest and quality service for customers looking to get their machines worked on/parts installed. Diego from Canada reached out to us about getting his 2024 Renegade 1000R XMR dialed in with a clutching upgrade! He decided to pick himself up an 3P Icon primary w/ secondary spring upgrade and a new Gates Redline belt! Many HD11 owners have the same complaints… the sluggish engagement, the lack of torque/acceleration compared to the previous HD10 models and the cruising RPM. DeAnte brought in his 2026 Renegade 1000R XMR for some clutching and tuning! We got him set up with the full STM Powersports package! 3P Primary w/ STM secondary! We also tuned his machine via HP Tuners to really bring out the performance! We appreciate DeAnte for trusting us with his unit and he should be able to turn those Motohavoks with ease now!

Eddie brought us his 2021 Outlander 1000R XMR back to diagnose a clutching issue and also a screen replacement. We installed a Rage 3P STM on this unit a while ago but over time, water/debri had taken a toll on it. Eddie also started having belt issues due to parts of the clutch seizing up. We ended up doing a full clutch rebuild, all new bearings/bushings, sheaves/spring etc.. Eddies cluster also started having cracking issues which resulted in it failing. We got it replaced and fully synced/programmed to his machine. To top it all off, we installed a new Gates Redline Belt to ensure proper performance was met. Eddies machine is ready to rip and always remember everyone, check your snorkel system for the CVT box! Things can get costly quick!

Rodrigo brought in his 2025 Renegade 1000R XMR for a list of things to be done. This unit is running a Mr. RPM Big Bore Kit and dual port nitrous setup. Rodrigo started having a select number of issues with his machine so he brought it to us to have some upgrades, tuning, and everything in between done. Want to give a huge shoutout to Blaize w/ BlaiznTrails Performance for helping get this unit dialed in. Here’s a full break down of what we did…

Rodrigo’s machine came out great and the performance improved significantly with all we done. He kept having belt issues due to his primary clutch having a seized 2 way bearing, spider rollers being seized up, and also some slight rippling on the sheaves (all this due to constant water intrusion). We were able to get his clutch fully cleaned up/rebuilt and never had an issue during tuning! We added an HMF Header pipe to his machine and the benefit definitely showed with other supporting mods. Tuning was a big factor for this machine. Since we did a HMF header, we did a full retune on this unit and the overall performance shined the whole time! To top it all off, we did a full service, air filter, belt box reseal, and smoke test to ensure this machine was ready for whatever Rodrigo wanted to throw at it. This Renegade went thru an extensive change and we appreciate Rodrigo for trusting us with him machine, his patience for the timeframe we had, and ensuring we would get this thing where it needed to be! Ready to see him rip his new found power and be able to enjoy it! Let’s hope he keeps all 4 wheels down the next ride 🔥🔥🔥.

Luís brought us his 2025 Renegade 1000R XMR for some STM Powersports clutching upgrades, custom tuning, and maintenance/repair. Luís informed us he was having issues with water in the belt box and had previously had belt issues. Here’s what was wrong and what we fixed…

❌ Belt box cover cracked/busted
❌ Belt box backplate had stripped inserts/leaked
❌ CVT coupler connections leaking
❌ Factory airbox seal no good
❌ Brake pads needed replacing

✅ New OEM backplate/Belt box cover
✅ STM Powersports Rage 3P w/ STM Secondary
✅ Custom tuning via HP Tuners
✅ New OEM “OG Mav” Belt
✅ 252 Airbox seal upgrade
✅ DP Brakes Brake Pads
✅ Smoke tested CVT system for leaks

Luís received some major upgrades and also we corrected a few issues. His machine absolutely rips with the full STM clutching and paired with proper tuning, he has the ultimate package. The new belt box was essential due to his cover being busted/cracked but also his back plate had multiple stripped inserts. The factory airbox seal needed replacing because we all know how junk they are. To top it off, we put the best damn brake pads on the market on his machine to give him the stopping power for when things get spicy! We appreciate Luís for trusting us with his machine and look forward to seeing him rip this thing and having fun 🔥🔥🔥.

Jesús brought in his 2023 Renegade 1000R XMR for some performance upgrades, STM Powersports clutch tuning, Custom engine tuning and maintenance/repair. Shoutout to Darin at STM for always recommending us to customers to get their clutching needs dialed in! Here’s a breakdown of what was wrong on his machine and what we did/fixed on his unit!

❌ STMs had wrong calibration for his machine
❌ STMs had a lot of belt/debri build up
❌ Belt box backplate leaked
❌ Belt box backplate had stripped inserts
❌ OEM winch no longer worked

As you can tell, Jesús’s unit had a major turn around. His previous clutch setup was way off and being he has a stock engine, we were only seeing 6500RPM shiftout when it should have been much higher to be in proper RPM range. His clutches received new/proper springs, a weight calibration, and general cleanse. Jesús informed us of constant belt box leaking issues and we found his backplate leaked and a couple of CVT couplers leaked. We assessed and got it all fixed with a new backplate due to his having stripped holes, and fixed all the leaks and smoke tested it to ensure it was ready for the trails! Of course, having a working winch is always a good thing… so we replaced his non-working factory winch with a SuperATV BlackOps 3500lb w/ synthetic rope setup! To top it all off, we properly dialed his machine in via HPTuners to really bring out the performance. We appreciate Jesús for trusting us with his machine, upgrades, and repairs! Look forward to seeing him take this unit out to feel the new power 🔥🔥🔥!

Gabriel brought us his 2019 Renegade 1000R XMR for some diagnosing of a power/bogging issue and also figure out why his fuel gauge wasn’t working properly. Found the fuel pump was no longer producing proper PSI and causing a surging issue at idle but also would bog the machine out around 6k RPM. With that, we found the float of the fuel pump to be completely off the housing and just laying in the bottom of the tank. After we installed a new OEM Fuel pump, we also found his Throttle Body-Intake boot clamp wasn’t properly secured and causing a leak. Got it all fixed and then tuned his machine via HP Tuners to add some needed performance! We appreciate Gabriel for bringing us his unit and trusting us with his work 🔥🔥🔥.
