*Long write up of why it’s always important to ask questions and be sure about what’s being done to your machine by any shop*

Lucas brought in his 2025 Renegade 1000R XMR after previously having it worked on by another shop in South Carolina. Lucas had a mishap and after spending countless time and money, the machine still wouldn’t run right. Previous shop replaced the gas tank (no clue why), injectors etc. but not the fuel pump. The machine was only getting around 35-38psi fuel pressure (had to be 51psi). Along with all that, the previous shop installed brand new “Full STMs” and turned out to be a STM primary from 2017 that they charged him full price for as if it was brand new and the weight calibration in the arms were not ideal for his machine. We also found almost all hardware on the primary was loose! Also the type of primary installed isn’t our typical one that we recommend for a machine like Lucas but luckily, it can be modified properly to work as intended! The secondary was suppose to have a “35/45 helix and gold spring” but ended up being a completely stock secondary. Also, the machine was “custom tuned” for 100AV fuel (which is pointless to run on a stock engine) but upon actually tuning, the ECM was still in stock calibration form. So here’s what we did/fixed/replaced….

✅ New OEM Fuel Pump
✅ Drained/Cleaned Fuel Tank (had debri in it)
✅ Flushed fuel lines
✅ Cleaned Injectors
✅ Calibrated STM Primary
✅ Added Upgraded Stock Secondary Spring
✅ Tuned via HP Tuners

After fixing the fuel system issues, getting his clutches setup properly, and of course an actual tune, this machine will absolutely rip! We appreciate Lucas for trusting us with his machine and modifications! We also like to extend an apology to Lucas on behalf of all the honest shops that strive to provide an excellent service but also honesty. We all hate to see this happen and we try to prevent it the best we can. Always remember folks, it’s okay to ask questions… even if you think it might be dumb. It’s your hard earned money and you deserve to get a honest/quality service!

Mason brought us his 2020 Outlander 850XMR to get some tuning done! These 850s are always impressive with a proper tune and really wake up. Be on the lookout for this machine again very soon for some more upgrades! Thank you Mason for trusting us with your performance upgrades!

Mason got his 2024 Renegade 1000R XMR dialed in with an Icon Primary and Secondary spring upgrade from us! Also added a Gates Redline belt with his new setup. Machine came out great and will turn those Super ATV 32” Assassinators with ease! Thank you Mason for trusting us with your upgrades 🔥🔥🔥.

Lucas brought us his G3 2025 Outlander 850XMR to be converted to a 1000R! We did a 918 factory file flash and also our modified arms to get the RPM where it needs to be. Great upgrade, great performance, budget cost! We appreciate Lucas for trusting us with his machine and look forward to seeing him on the next trail ride 🔥🔥🔥

New secondary spring replacement clarification 💯

The Offroad Twins brought in a family members 2017 Outlander 570 for a lot of maintenance/repair and also some upgrades! Here’s a break down of what we did/replaced on this unit!

✅ Full Service (Oil, Gear Fluids, Spark Plugs etc)
✅ OEM Screen Replacement
✅ Fuel Pump Replacement
✅ Airbox Cap Seal Upgrade
✅ CVTech Primary w/ Upgraded Secondary Spring
✅ BTP ECM Flash
✅ Super ATV Outlander Floorboards
✅ Super ATV 32” Assassinators
✅ Nutts Cuts Tire/Scoop Service
✅ HCC Seat Cover

As you can see, we did an extensive list of upgrades and repairs to this unit. This machine came in with a bogging/fueling issue and quickly diagnosed a bad fuel pump. While a new fuel pump fixed the pressure issue, the machine had been ran a while with low fuel pressure and cooked the front spark plug. So after a full service, new OEM NGK plugs, this unit ran great. With the clutching and BTP flash upgrades, this little 570 turns those 32s with ease! Also want to thank our favorite dealership… Performance East for getting us the parts we need! We appreciate the twins for always trusting us with their units and look forward to seeing this 570 walk their 1000s in the trails 🔥🔥🔥.

🔥 252 Offroad got another one dialed in! They put this Can-Am Off-Road 1000R on a set of 34-inch and 2-inch wheel spacers for a little more stability. 😎👍

We had a wild time at Busco Beach & ATV Park for the Daisy Dukes Event! From wide open pulls, to wide open roll overs, this turned out to be a great ride! Zach brought in his 2021 Renegade 1000R XMR to get tuned! Recently he added an Icon Primary and STM secondary and need the last piece to complete it. Machine runs great and will sling those 34s with ease. We appreciate Zach for trusting us with his tuning 🔥🔥🔥.
