Track Maintenance/Tires:
We'll be running the track with water all weekend! We'll blow off and water the track frequently on Friday and Saturday morning to help build up the moisture content and allow the groove to develop as we head into qualifying on Saturday. With the moisture content built up, we'll water heavy before round 1 and between each round. This means the first heat might be extra tacky, but it'll ensure we can get through each round without having to stop to re-water. While the track is watered, a Soft/Green/Supersoft Longwear compound tire will be ideal. The track will start getting close to "ok time for more water" by the end of each round. Once this transition occurs you'll find more success with a Soft Long Wear/S3/Blue compound tire. Gridirons, Holeshots, Triple Dees, Convicts, Reflex, are some of the more successful tires. Once we get later in the day and the shade starts to cover the whole track the moisture we've built will start pulling back out of the track ensuring traction and consistency will be at their peak the last round of qualifying and mains!
Trash:
This is our home! Please bring a trash bag to keep your area clean and take your trash home with you. We will also have multiple trash cans around the track and pitting areas, if you see any trash on the ground please pick it up and deposit in one of these receptacles. Between you taking your own trash home and the receptacles we'll have on site there's no excuse for trash on the ground! Remember, this is our home!
Wildlife/Land:
You're getting to break away from the world and step into nature when you're at our property! Please leave the wildlife alone and enjoy visually if you come across any! Most of our pitting areas also double as food plots for the wildlife later in the year, so please make sure you properly dispose of any chemicals/shock oil/fuel/fluids and that they never end up on the ground!
Food/Drinks:
We will be serving biscuits and gravy for breakfast Saturday the 30th along with burgers, hotdogs, chips, and drinks for lunch.
