Autowerkes Maine is hiring... We are looking for an "Automotive Tire and Service Technician", a quality "C" level technician to join our successful team. This is a "growth" position with opportunity to work with some of the best techs in Maine. Euro experience is good but not required. Talent and ambition is what we are looking for. Autowerkes Maine has an opening for a "Shop Helper" The duties are various and include things like cleaning the shop, washing cars, lawn cutting, light equipment maintenance, parts pickup, customer rides, and more. You will work with and support a number of skilled professionals. You will be working around some very nice vehicles and in a superb modern shop. This is either a full time Mon. - Fri position with benefits or could be a part time opportunity. Job candidates can be of any age as long as they are physically capable. Applicants need to be dependable, respectable, and thoughtful. You need a verifiable work history and a clean driving record. Pay is excellent and based on the applicants level of experience and the variety of skills they possess. Applicants that have skills in auto detailing, tire and wheel work, or mechanical skills would also have added benefit to us and be compensated accordingly. We have a clean, organized shop and need someone to help keep it that way. We always look to hire the best people and compensate correctly for that level of personnel.

We hope all of you are healthy and secure.

We are open and operating to serve you as an essential business!

In our ongoing quest to take care of you, we know that Spring in Maine requires a certain amount of service for your cars. We currently have appointments available so you don’t have to put things off. Our lobby and waiting area remains open. In every way our staff has your health & safety in mind. We are disinfecting our waiting areas surfaces and all door handles often. Our technicians wear gloves and change them often. Your vehicle will also be washed and sanitized prior to delivery.
During this worldwide health situation, Autowerkes Maine wants to make our customers feel as safe and secure as possible. We encourage our customers to use our complimentary “Drop Box Service” if that makes you feel more comfortable.
Simply contact us to make a “Drop Box Service” appointment and at the time of service you can park your vehicle on our lot and use our secure night drop box to leave your key.

We will then begin your service and all communication will be by phone, email or online through our Shop-Ware service software.

Upon completion we as stated will hand wash the exterior of your vehicle and sanitize the driver’s seat, steering wheel, gear selector and door handles. Your vehicle will then be parked on our lot ready for you to pick up. We can take payment by phone and you can receive your receipt electronically.

We also still have our loaner cars available, clean & sanitized.
