Every hoarder house has a stack of Playboys. Every single one. 😂

I don't know what it is — you could clean out a house that's been closed up for 30 years and somewhere in there, under a pile of newspapers from 1987, there's the collection. Pristine. This was somebody's treasure.

And it's ALWAYS the last thing they want to let go of. The furniture? Take it. The TV? Gone. The Playboys from 1974? "Hold on, those might be worth something." 💀

They're worth about $2 each, by the way. Ask me how I know.

Nobody likes the tuna here. 🐟

25 years later and this scene still lives in every car guy's head rent free. Brian really pulled up to Toretto's every day for the worst tuna sandwich in Los Angeles just to get yelled at by Vince.

"Yeah well… I do."

Everyone thinks this stuff is worth money. It's worth $0. 💸

I haul this out of Long Island homes every single week — and every time, somebody tells me "be careful with that, it's valuable." It's not. Here's the list:

1. China sets — nobody's buying grandma's china
2. Brown dining room sets — can't give them away
3. Pianos — people pay ME to take them
4. Encyclopedias — the internet happened
5. Beanie Babies & "collectibles" — check the actual sold prices
6. Hot tubs — free on Marketplace for a reason
7. Treadmills — the world's most expensive clothes rack
8. Old big-screen TVs — worth less than the haul
9. Formal furniture — your kids already said no
10. Above-ground pools — pure liability

11 years of junk removal across Nassau & Suffolk and I've never seen any of it sell for what people think. The value was in using it. Once you're done, it's just taking up your house.

Rain INSIDE the house. 🌧️

Hoarder cleanout in Lynbrook, NY — and the roof has officially given up. Water coming through the ceiling while we haul. Didn't stop us.

This is what a real hoarder cleanout looks like. Not the TV version. Rooms you can't walk through, damage you can't see until the stuff comes out, and a house that's been hurting for a long time.
