She asked for 5% a tinter told her it was 5% and sent it out. She was skeptical brought it to me we measured and it did not read anywhere near 5% so unfortunately she paid to have it removed and had it done again.

Here at Ellis Tints we strive to give the customer exactly what they ask for and if we cannot, we discuss that and see if the customer is comfortable and we proceed from there we love to be upfront and transparent because we don’t want to see you because we need to do more to the same car and you spend money twice we would rather make you happy and see you with a new vehicle and continue our business relationship further!!
