🌟 Let’s Bring This Dream to Life! 🌟

Hey friends. I am sharing this because I truly believe in what they are building. There is a beautiful new café in the works called BTDT Café (Bean There Done That Café) — a space where every sip tells a story, and community is at the heart of it all.

What makes it even more special? It will be 100% gluten-free and travel-inspired! 🌍✈️ Imagine a cozy spot where you can enjoy safe, delicious bites from around the world. No gluten worries, just good vibes, great coffee, tea, light bites and stories shared across cultures.

They are not open yet but they are dreaming big. And to open their doors, they have set a huge fundraising goal on GoFundMe. It is a bold ask, but the vision is just as bold: a safe, welcoming, creative café where everyone feels like they belong.

This is the kind of place communities are built around but they need our help to make it real.

Even if you cannot give, sharing this could help them reach someone who can. Let’s help open the doors to something amazing, safe, and delicious in a beautiful community! 🩵

When you bring a vehicle to Sunrise Classic Hotrods please do not misrepresent yourself. It is best to be upfront about your financial situation when restoring your classic vehicle. Do not tell me you have a certain amount of money saved up and want this and that done. Then after work begins you tell me you went and got a loan plus now you want the vehicle painted which adds cost to the project. And that the bank needs every minute accounted for and needs to know exactly what was done as part of the loan. And that you will be also purchasing additional parts to be installed that is part of the amount ($10,000) not in addition to what you told me you had for this project. The bank is not going to require this information once they give you a loan. Do not expect to have a vehicle running (road worthy), painted (vehicle paint is very expensive and prices keep going up) and etc. all in one week. This is just not possible.

This ‘71 Vette has not run in 15 years. Today that changed. Next up it to get it looking and running just like it did back in the day.

So much work and fun to be had here at Sunrise Classic Hotrods. Check back often to see what we are up to.

Owning a classic car can be expensive. Especially when you want to modernize it but still want it to look classic. Here at Sunrise Classic Hotrods we do work then we bill. Then back to work and bill again until the project is done and paid for.

We will be changing this process a bit. We will be providing an estimate at the start of your project and a 50% deposit will be required to get your car on the books. As you know it is hard to give a final cost as there may be modifications or a change of parts to make the old fit with the new.

Recently, I had a client that decided he wanted to come pick up his vehicle without paying. He stated that this project which was a big one should have been completed and for far less money than he had put into it so far.

This client decided to get an attorney involved claiming I was keeping his car. The fact is that I would not release the car until his balance due was paid. At this point he was 60+ days past due. I spoke with his lawyer. This client failed to let the attorney know that he had a balance due. His attorney was not at all happy.

This client had ample time to pay his balance due. In the end, his attorney made sure he paid me what was owed. And this client was able to take his car back since his past due balance was paid in full.

Two part time positions open.

This person must be proficient with overall automotive mechanics and can hit the ground running. Usual mechanical projects would be installing engines and their components, drivetrains, exhaust, electrical, brakes, suspension and all the other odds and ends when assembling and getting the vehicle to run properly.

Fabrication projects can mean complete custom panel fabrication, stainless exhaust and rust repair of classic cars.

This individual must be creative and skillful when it comes to working with metal. No fine body work experience is necessary for this position but understanding Gapping and Fitment of panels is. If you have other non-mechanical skill-sets this is a plus!

The ideal candidate must be capable of making a substantial and valuable impact to Sunrise Classic Hotrods.
