Finished up this Polaris Ranger XP 1000 today with a fresh set of tires mounted on KMC beadlock wheels. The black wheels with the gold beadlock hardware completely changed the look of this machine. 🔥

These beadlocks came to us leaking, but once we pulled the rings off, we found a much bigger problem.

The tires weren’t seated properly under the beadlock rings during the original installation. That allowed moisture to get inside, causing heavy corrosion and leaving us with a whole lot of seized and broken bolts to remove.

What should have been a simple tire job turned into removing broken hardware, cleaning up the corrosion, and getting everything back together the way it should have been done the first time.

Now the beads are seated properly, the hardware is installed correctly, and most importantly — NO LEAKS. 👊

Beadlocks can be a little more work, but we don’t mind the difficult stuff.
