Finishing up a big 3D scanning and CAD job for RTR motorsports down in NC. I 3D scanned one of their hand made roll cages in a new chassis, in order to replicate it on the computer in CAD. I can design all the coping and notches on the computer, so the tubes can be mass produced by a CNC tubing bender with pre cut notches, ready to assemble.

Sunday morning repair on this 1957 fire truck. The differential fluid hadn’t been changed for 40+ years. The plug was stripped so I had to clean it off, weld a bolt head to the plug, and carefully get it broken loose.

Quick work welding these AN fittings and oil filler neck onto a pair of custom valve covers. These are going onto a big block methanol breathing tractor pulling rig.

Another custom designed and 3D printed bulkhead for MA-Motorsports LLC. This one to hold three -4AN hoses to feed the Tilton pedal assembly from the master cylinder fluid reservoirs. Using flexible TPU filament for easy installation and low abrasion to the hoses.

Big aluminum trailer in for repair. A lot of cracks on the fender welds, and a couple broken/missing fender mounts needing to be re-mounted.
