Lots of work done in this truck…Fresh bedliner in the truck bed, we bedlined the inside of the rear wheel wells to help prevent stone chips. After that we completed a premium undercoating package topped off with a full inner panel cavity wax treatment. We did a rust preventative coating on all the wheels inside and out and finished it by installing some Weathertech floormats and mudflaps. We are not a cookie cutter type shop, we specialize in this stuff and do it every day! We use specific coatings for specific reasons and the results are proven with the tens of thousands of vehicles we’ve done over the years.

We just finished the bedliner and reinstalling rear bumper on this utility truck and look how good this came out. The inside of the bed is now ready for work and the rear bumper is covered with bedliner inside and out so totally sealed off from the elements so it won’t get rusty.

This Chevy Silverado is a 2018 believe it or not. We had many hours in rust scaling, flushing frame, power washing and using prior to undercoating application. It now has a nice thick coat of Woolwax which is a lanolin based wax and will hold up to the elements and winter weather. This coating will stay wet for awhile and creep/migrate into seams and dispel moisture all while soaking into the pores of the metal and suffocating the base layer of rust keeping it at bay. If nothing was done this frame would have needed severe repair in a couple of years. GM uses a factory frame wax coating on these trucks and they need special attention compared to other manufacturers. That’s why it’s important to choose the right shop for the job!

If you don’t want your ride rusting out like this get on our schedule and we can prevent this happening! Between our high quality spray on bedliners as well as our undercoating services we will get it handled right. Even if your vehicle has some rust already that is ok as we have rust remediation processes and can severely slow down the process. Let us protect your new vehicle or make your older vehicle look like some of our photos after completion.

When we do an undercoat job we do an important step that many other shops don’t do. Either after needle scaling rust(if applicable) or even if it’s a brand new or rust free vehicle we will give it a hot power washing underneath. Also has a steam feature and we flush out the frame of any debris as well. The vehicle is also generally sprayed with a Salts Gone solution. Following drying process it is then coated with either a lanolin wax/oil based coating or a hybrid of both. We use and have sprayed them all and it depends on customer preference, certain conditions or if they let us make the call. We are very versatile in that regard and have many different types of application products for each.

Little example of some rust scaling. It’s an important step because if this is not done when all the loose flaky rust comes off it would just take the undercoating with it and leave bare metal exposed underneath. With any oil or wax based undercoatings because of their ability to dispel moisture they can be sprayed over a slightly rusty surface as long as it’s down to the bare substrate. The coatings then soak into the rust and cut it off from getting oxygen and therefore keep it at bay from getting worse.

A pair of white Rams leaving that were just rustproofed/undercoated. We had to do some rust cleanup and things but as always they turned out great and make for very happy customers. We specialize in this kinda stuff and do this everyday so only trust your vehicle with experienced shops who do this all the time and not some trying to be a jack of all trades. There is too many companies out there trying to do a quick job or make a quick buck. Over 20 plus years and still going strong for a reason.

This Silverado only had 100,000 miles on it and we had lots of hours in this one. It was previously undercoated by another company which obviously didn’t last. We rust scaled it thoroughly, washed with a Salts Gone solution, hot power washed and flushed frame out prior to coating. It had a full inner panel cavity wax treatment done and on the frame and underbody this one we used a NH Oil V3. This is a hybrid coating that contains petroleum oil, wax and lanolin. It also contains a feature to be over 90% effective at keeping mice away. …we offer a multitude of coatings and products that others simply don’t and have experience in all of them to do the best job possible. This is a used truck Manderfield’s Bakery truck they just bought and I wish I would have gotten some beforehand pics of when the floor was completely soiled and stains everywhere but I didn’t unfortunately. The pics before coating were after we got it power washed/steam cleaned and used deactivating powder to help remove heavy stains. This thing was a complete transformation from a virtually nasty black floor to what you see in the finished product! ,
