Office Manager Job Application
All Veterans Glass LLC
Fredericksburg, VA

All Veterans Glass is looking to hire a part time Office Manager. We are a small local growing company that is focused on quality, team cohesion, customer satisfaction. This position is available to non veterans as well.

Responsibilities:
-Assist the owner in overseeing daily operations of the shop
-Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
-Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management
-Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
-Process sales transactions, work orders, and invoicing
-Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
-Collaborate with owner to develop and implement sales strategies

Skills:
-General knowledge of auto glass principles and techniques
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation
-Time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets
-Experience in auto glass sales is preferred

This position offers opportunities for career advancement within our company. We provide ongoing training and development to help you grow in your role as our Office Manager.

Job Type: Part Time
Pay: Hourly $15 - $17 (commensurate with experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday (10am - 2pm)
