On this truck, the engine is buried in a way that makes access difficult, so the technicians had to separate/lift the body from the frame to properly reach and remove the motor.

That is why the photos show the truck body raised in the air while the frame, engine, drivetrain, wheels, and front end are down below.

It’s a big job that takes planning, proper equipment, careful disassembly, and a lot of mechanical knowledge.
