Who’s heading to The SmokeOut this year?

The original chopper party is back at the Rowan County Fairgrounds in Salisbury, North Carolina, September 10–13. If you’re into custom bikes, old-school chopper culture, flat track, bike shows, mini bike racing, live music, and a little organized chaos, this one has plenty going on.

Friday brings the FXR Show, bike games, mini bike racing, and more. Saturday has the Sportster Showdown, Ride-In Custom Bike Show, tattoo contest, drag races, burnout contest, and a full day of music.

Who’s making the trip? Riding down, hauling the bikes, or already planning where you’re camping?

Sometimes the ride ends before you planned.

Breakdown, flat tire, dead battery, mechanical issue — whatever puts the bike on the side of the road, the important part is getting it picked up and brought somewhere that knows what they’re looking at.

We’re looking for silent auction items for the 2nd Annual Miles for Mercy Poker Run Benefiting Frederick Health Hospice.

Gift cards, products, services, baskets, experiences — if you or your business would like to donate something, let us know and we’ll be happy to come pick it up.

The silent auction will be part of the Miles for Mercy After Party on October 17 at Lewistown Social Club, with proceeds supporting Frederick Health Hospice.

OC Rock & Ride runs September 9–13 with bikes, live music, vendors, stunt shows, the Boardwalk Motorcycle Parade, scenic rides, custom bike displays, and plenty going on at both the Inlet and Convention Center.

What’s on your must-do list while you’re down there? Riding the Boardwalk Parade? Hitting the concerts? Checking out the vendors? Just cruising Coastal Highway and seeing where the day takes you?

The meet brings together antique bikes 35+ years old, a swap meet, vendors, camping, National AMCA judging, and a whole lot of motorcycle history in one place.
