Fuel Range is the biggest factor when planning and traveling. There are many ways to bring extra with you but the best way is with a larger or secondary tank.

Luxury cruising with this 200 Series Land Cruiser. Are these the ultimate overland rigs?
This one came in for new suspension and got an Foam Cell Pro kit, which has quickly become a mainstay for comfort and reliability.
Unfortunately it had the all too common alignment cam seizure, so it got a full OEM set of Control Arms, Bolts, and tie rods to make it drive like new again.

Tires rubbing?

We've all been there before, the most common area on the Toyota platform is the Cab Mount or Body Mount. Located in the rear of the wheel well it loves to reach out and grab most larger than stock tires sizes.

We had this Beautiful Trails Teams FJ cruiser in for a common Cab Mount Chop (CMC) or Body Mount Chop (BMC) to give it better clearance for it's 285/75R16 that were grabbing at it even around town.

This is a common service we offer and can have you in and out in just an afternoon!

This Ram 2500 Laramie is rolling out with a Pintop kit with with Black Anodized and Carli's Torsion Sway Bar. Rolling on 37s Nitto Ridge Grapplers wrapped around some Double Black 305's.

We recently had the pleasure of working with one of our favorite repeat customers to help re-build his Ford F350 Tremor “Off-Grid Style” 🤌

While this truck had been in our shop many times getting small upgrades here and there, we never had the opportunity to really build it from the ground up with quality parts. This time was different…

Here’s a few of the services we had the opportunity to perform:

- Remove the spacer lift in favor of a full Carli Suspension Pin Top kit and 37” Toyo Open Country RT Trails on Method Race Wheels
- Install custom-made Alcan springs dialed in for the weight of the truck
- Remove an older model flatbed and install a brand new all-aluminum Norweld tray
- Install a Carli Trophy Hitch to fit a full size 37” spare tire
- 4 x Baja Designs LP9 auxiliary lights
- Complete re-wire job for the flatbed and all aftermarket accessories
- Last but definitely not least… a brand new Four Wheel Camper Hawk Flatbed camper!

Just wrapped up the build on this clean F250 / Four Wheel Camper Hawk combo 💪

This truck came to us with an empty truck bed and mostly stock suspension. We tuned it up with a full Carli Suspension Pin Top kit, custom built Alcan springs, Trail Ready Bumper, ComeUp 16.5k lb winch, and a couple sets of Baja Designs lights.

For a turn-key adventure package, this truck also got a fully loaded Four Wheel Camper Hawk with new underbed storage option!

We think the combo turned out great. Let us know what you think!

Sent this super clean 4th Gen Ram 3500 build home yesterday. This truck got the works: Flatbed conversion with a huge Flatbed Grandby, Carli Suspension Pin Top kit with custom Alcan leaf springs, AEV bumper, ComeUp winch and ton more!

We may not always be showing these builds off but there is usually at least one of them being created here at Off-Grid 4x4. Let us know if we can help build your dream adventure-mobile!
