We’ve been hearing from a lot of customers that their insurance company is trying to steer them to certain body shops, ones that are on the insurance company’s “special list” of shops. Customers are being told that we will charge more, or that any additional damage found from an accident will be charged to the customer, or that our repairs cannot be guaranteed. Please know that this is not true! Any additional damage MUST be paid by the insurance company if related to the accident, and we guarantee satisfaction on all of our work. Plus, it’s actually illegal for them to try to steer you. Ohio law states that you have the right to choose your body shop for your repairs.
Mike Wisecarver, our dad, started this shop 50 years ago, in 1975, and we take great pride in the quality of our repairs, as well as the relationships we build with our customers. That’s why we don’t participate in direct repair programs with any insurance company - when you do that, you’re no longer working for the customer. You’re working for the insurance company. That’s not what we are about. YOU, the customer, are our priority.
Don’t let insurance companies mislead you. They don’t care about you - they care only about their comically large profit margin.
