Generations Custom Auto & Collision / Graham Body Shop Generations is a full service auto body repair facility. We are family operated and have been in business since 1928 .

Our "Mainstay" is Collision Repair on all sizes of vehicles.We also do some custom and restoration work. The Graham family began serving the Franklin and surrounding areas in 1929. It all began with my great grandfather Olen Graham. He started his career doing actual "coach work" on buggies and wagons. He moved into automotive repair and 92 years later we proudly continue this tradition today.

You asked...here are a couple of pics of the IH pickup. Customer disassembled, did mechanicals and frame, and will reassemble from this point. We started out just doing body and paint. This was a very solid Western truck. He asked us to hang all the parts and fit them. We have a few details to button up, then it will go home next week. 😁 (on a side note, we have a couple we promised that are in line, but we are not quoting or taking on any more restoration projects for the forseeable future. Just not enough hours in the day).

A bit of "big" custom work on this 35 ton unit. They put a new chassis under this unit with different axle spread, so the wheel opening panels had to be changed. Involved cutting, trimming, and fitting as well as some alteration to main body. We also did some spot painting on the side puller. I have waited a year...we finally had a very small window to slip my 2014 Silverado in for a repaint. It is a rust free Florida truck. Paint was cooked and it had a few small dings. Fresh paint, reblacked the plastic trim, new fuel pump and rear exhaust while the bed was off, new side trim, bed cover, painted pinstripes (I had to find my striping stuff and my inner artist) and a new steering wheel! Closure on another project!

Always something unique. Had a little deflection in our garage wall that we caught before it was an issue (under 1"). I designed and built a 31', 2 piece wall truss/girder with built in preload. The guys installed it today. I used Truck 2 to carefully pull the wall back a bit and they torqued the brace in place! Fun stuff makes the old brain work!
