Attention all Chicagoland area drivers:

The National Weather Service has issued a for multiple North suburban counties until 9pm tonight. Conditions are expected to include periods of sleet and freezing rain, which will transition to snow later in the afternoon.

3-6 inches of snow are expected in the North Suburbs, while 1-3 inches are expected in the City and the surrounding areas.
