Those old aluminum wheels sitting in your garage might be worth more than you think.

Let's say you've got a set of four aluminum wheels weighing about 80 pounds total.

At a hypothetical scrap price of $0.70 per pound, that's $56 for a set that's just been collecting dust.

Not bad for something you might have forgotten about!
Actual payouts depend on the weight, condition, material classification, and current market prices.

Can't believe October is almost over, and the colder weather is starting to settle in.

Anyone who's spent a winter in Upstate New York knows how quickly things can change.

That old trailer behind the barn, the pile of scrap next to the garage, or the equipment that's been sitting all summer might be a lot harder to deal with once the snow starts falling.

A little cleanup now can save a lot of trouble later.

You don't need a dump trailer full of metal to stop by!

Some customers come through with commercial loads and heavy equipment. Others have a few old wheels, car parts, copper, or scrap they've collected around the garage.

Big or small, we'll get it weighed, sorted, and get you paid.
That's what we're here for.

Steel isn't the only material that adds up quickly.

Say a cleanup leaves you with 1,000 pounds of aluminum. Depending on the type and grade, that could potentially mean hundreds of dollars in scrap value.

And aluminum can show up in more places than you'd think, from wheels and siding to equipment, sheet material, and old parts.

Before you throw something away, find out what you've actually got.

October is here, and anyone from Upstate New York knows what that means!

The nice weather isn't going to stick around forever.

These next few weeks are a great time to clean up the yard, move old equipment, and finally deal with the scrap that's been sitting around before everything is covered in snow.

Future you will be glad you did.

Another week, another round of improvements at the yard!

We’ve been steadily cleaning, organizing, opening up space, and making the property easier to navigate since taking over.

There’s always another project on the list, but when you look back at where we started, the difference is pretty incredible.

Still moving forward, one improvement at a time.

Want to make some money?

That old pickup sitting behind the garage might not run anymore, but that doesn’t mean it’s worthless.

A full-size pickup can weigh 4,500–5,500+ pounds. Even when it’s at the end of its life, all that metal can still translate into hundreds of dollars in scrap value depending on the vehicle, weight, and current pricing.

Sometimes the thing taking up space is also the thing sitting on some extra cash.
