Thinking about demolishing the ears up auto fb page and starting all over. Ever since our star level dropped from a person that's never used our services, business has dropped off majorly,to the point we have not had any appointments or calls in the last few months. Good evening!! Fresh on our "FOR SALE" list is a 2014 cub cadet 50" riding lawn mower. Barn kept, winterized yearly, well cared for. It does have a small oil leak, and will need a new battery. Tires are about 70% and is packing a strong running 24 hp kohler courage engine so it has plenty of power to not only mow your lawn but also help with pulling yard carts full of debris!! Anything is possible over the next few days, it's hard to tell what will be said or done. I'm sure it will drive some of you away, that's your choice. I'll be around as long as possible but as with all business ventures, 1 disgruntled customer can wipe out what has taken me years and countless hours to build starting from a set of sockets and a floor jack. If that is the course that has been set, all I can say is that customer really should reconsider the actions and words they choose to try killing ears up auto. I got the lowest labor rate in this world, I guarantee all the work I do, I take the time to hand write all the shop tickets, I even go as far as doing an after visit check-in to ensure everything is working properly. Road calls in rain and snow, late night jump and runs, other vehicles barely missing me while changing a flat,the numerous different people from all walks of life all given and nothing less than 100% I've taken some very large hits with high shop ticket totals remaining unpaid, customers walking off with tools and even intenionally damaging some of our testing equipment and I've always rolled right back in and kept on putting all of you first. This is a period of time where I will really need my customer base to band together and assist me just a little in order to keep me here for when you will need some body that puts you as a top priority!! We will be starting our move to the new shop tomorrow evening, going to take some time but for those that stay with us, we will continue to express our gratitude.
