• Express Service Technicians
• Mobile Service Technicians
• B & C Level Technicians
• Ford-Certified Technicians
• Diesel Technicians
• Master Technicians

🚗 BUILD YOUR AUTOMOTIVE CAREER
Our goal is to develop technicians from:
Entry Level → Express → Main Shop → Certified Technician → Master Technician → Senior Master Technician
You’ll have opportunities to develop your skills, earn Ford certifications, strengthen your diagnostic abilities, and advance within the service department.
🔧 TECHNICIAN EXPERIENCE WE VALUE:
• Automotive diagnostics and repair experience
• Automotive electrical and diagnostic experience
• Scan tool experience
• DTC and PID interpretation
• Ford PTS, FDRS, IDS & OASIS experience
• Ford certifications
• ASE certifications
• Master or Senior Master certification
Previous Ford experience is NOT required for entry-level opportunities.
