2008 Ford Focus 2.0L — Electrical Upgrade 🔋⚡

Another Focus getting the electrical system upgraded the right way.

Installed an AutoTech Engineering 240-amp high-output alternator and completed the Big 3 wiring upgrade to improve current flow and voltage stability.

The factory charging system simply wasn’t designed for the demands of a high-power aftermarket audio system. Upgrading the alternator and the primary charging/ground paths gives the electrical system the ability to move substantially more current while reducing voltage drop.

2023 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Jailbreak ⚡️

A serious electrical upgrade for this Hellcat Jailbreak!

This one received an Autotech Engineering 400A alternator, custom powder coated in candy blue, paired with an Autotech Engineering voltage controller.

We also ran 4 runs of Stinger 1/0 OFC cable from the alternator back to the batteries — 2 power and 2 ground.

Everything was properly fused, routed, loomed, and secured for a clean and reliable installation. The voltage controller is showing 14.8V in the vehicle.

DC Audio XL Elite 18” FRESH RECONE 🔥

This DC Audio XL Elite 18” came through the shop for a fresh recone.

Got it torn down, the new recone installed, and this beast back together and ready to get back to work. 🔊💪

Nothing crazy just doing what we do and getting another big subwoofer back in service.

Even the biggest builds need maintenance.

Dirty Rob’s D4S demo truck came back into the shop for a pair of custom Sundown Audio ZV7 15s that needed to be pulled and rebuilt. Builds at this level don’t just require big power—they require proper maintenance to keep performing at their best.

After removing the woofers, I completed the rebuilds and got everything ready to go back together. Keeping a demo vehicle of this caliber performing at 100% takes time, attention to detail, and doing things the right way.
