After cleaning, the spray patterns are consistent and misting fuel. The end of the video shows the flows are all matched.

In the before picture, the yamaha outboard injectors were very dirty. You can see the spray patterns are degraded and flows are way off.

This is what makes us different from other Injector Cleaning Services. 20 different custom made trays that hold the injector in position for cleaning. This allows injector tip in position to face the ultrasound for better cleaning. Also, because it is not submerged the inlet on top does not get contaminated from dirty solution. The second picture(not ours) shows the inlet submerged in dirty solution because it does not have a custom tray.

In the before picture, spray pattern is off because they are not atomizing properly. The after picture shows the spray is misty which means it is atomizing the fuel. Another happy customer, received his injectors same day at a fraction of the cost of buying new injectors.

Injectors are removed from the engine and visually inspected. Flow testing for spray patterns and volume, and ultrasonic cleaning are the only accurate and reliable way to confirm they are clean and doing their job.

A flow test measures the amount of fuel that will flow through a fuel injector when the injectors are operated. This example shows two of the injectors that are clogged and have restricted flow.

After the ultrasonic Cleaning you can see how the injectors all flow evenly and are in balance.
