The Shelton family would like to have one of the ball fields at Newburg park dedicated to our dearest Papa Odell❤️ if anyone would like to write a letter on his behalf to take the city council, we would appreciate it. He was a baseball coach for several years & I know he made an impact on those that he coached. He was also part of the city council for many years as not everyone’s favorite person but he always had what was best for the community at heart.
