🎃🧡 Tricks, treats, and a whole lot of love from our Track Dog family! 🏁

What a wonderful way to spend Halloween!

We had costumes, cosplay, decorated Miatas, games, candy, plenty of laughs, and some seriously creative people!

Now, I'll let you in on a little secret… Halloween is actually my FAVORITE holiday! 👻❤️ So seeing everyone show up in their costumes and cosplay, getting creative with their cars, and embracing all the silliness absolutely made my day! I was in my element, y'all! 😂

But as much as I love a good Halloween party, the best part of today was the people.

One thing I've come to appreciate so much about Track Dog Racing is that somewhere along the way, customers become friends, and friends become family. ❤️

You support our little business, trust us with your cars, show up for our events, share your stories, and continue to be part of what makes this place so special. I hope you know just how much that means to us.

We know there are plenty of places you can spend your hard-earned money and your time. The fact that you choose to spend some of both with us is something we never take for granted.

Today was another beautiful reminder that Track Dog Racing is so much more than just Miata parts. It's a community. It's friendships. It's family.

To everyone who came out, dressed up, shared their cosplay creations, decorated their cars, brought their families, or simply stopped by to say hello, THANK YOU! You made this Halloween-loving girl's heart so incredibly happy.

All the planning, preparation, and occasional chaos are worth it when we get to share days like this with all of you. 😂❤️

🎥 Emotionally Boosted went ON LOCATION—and took a little trip down memory lane! 🏁❤️

First stop: Miata House, where Wes installed a new soft top on Carola’s NB, Olive! 🫒

Soft tops, roll bars, even our TDR Rotrex supercharger kit—Wes has pretty much done it all. He’s an amazing installer, and between him and Sarah, those Miatas are in some very knowledgeable hands.

Need somebody who knows how these little cars go together? Wesley is your man!

And since we were already in Garland, we couldn’t resist stopping by the old Track Dog Racing shop. The OG. Where it all started. ❤️

A fresh top for Olive, some love for the people keeping our community rolling, and a visit to our roots. That’s a pretty good day in our book.

Naturally, we brought y’all along. The conversation was going to happen anyway. 😂

🏁 TRACK SPOTLIGHT: TEXAS MOTORPLEX 🏁

Ennis, Texas—come for the bluebonnets, stay for the burnouts. 😉🔥

This spotlight hits a little closer to home. My dad used to take us to Texas Motorplex when we were younger, and I can still hear my mom yelling…

“Marty! You’re going to make those kids go deaf!” 😂

Standing behind those dragsters when they launched—the rumble in our chests, our hair blowing back, and the smell of race fuel hanging in the air. ⛽️🔥 Now THAT was an introduction to horsepower.

My dad never saw a race car he didn’t like. I grew up around American muscle, with memories made somewhere between the tire smoke and the squeal.

And here’s something Dan and I share: both of our dads raced at Texas Motorplex. This place holds a little family history for each of us—and a pretty good explanation for our shared love of horsepower. ❤️🏁

Built in 1986 by Funny Car racer Billy Meyer, Texas Motorplex helped change drag racing with its pioneering all-concrete, quarter-mile strip. That surface helped make Ennis a destination for record runs and some seriously big moments in motorsports.

Forty years later, this Texas landmark is still bringing the thunder. 🔥

Home to the Texas NHRA FallNationals and Stampede of Speed, the Motorplex delivers world-class drag racing, with a calendar that also gives street cars, imports, trucks, and their fans plenty to get excited about.

The kind of place where “just one more run” can become your entire afternoon. And honestly, there are worse ways to spend it. 😏

Ennis deserves some love, too. Its historic downtown, Czech heritage, National Polka Festival, and famous bluebonnet trails give this town plenty of reasons to visit. Add a day at the dragstrip, and you’ve got flower power AND horsepower covered. 💙🔥

At Track Dog Racing, we love celebrating the places that get people hooked on cars—and keep that excitement going across generations.

Both of our dads are gone now, which makes those memories even more special. Our cars might be a little smaller these days, but we know where that love of horsepower started. Thanks, Dads. ❤️🏁

Waco might draw you in with the sightseeing, but just up the road in Elm Mott, we’re making a little detour for horsepower. Sixty years of racing deserves your attention—and probably some ear protection. 😉🔥

Heart O’ Texas Speedway is celebrating its 60th anniversary in 2026! Built in 1966 by Harold McCain, this quarter-mile, high-banked clay oval has been giving Texas racers a place to chase checkered flags for generations. That’s a whole lot of laps, late nights, and “one more adjustment” in the pits. 🏎️💨

With divisions including Sprint Cars, IMCA Stock Cars, SportMods, and Factory Stocks, there’s plenty to get your heart pumping. Pick a favorite, get invested, and prepare to explain to your family why you’re suddenly hollering at a dirt oval. 😂📣

And let’s give this little corner of Texas its due. Elm Mott sits just north of Waco, making it easy to turn a Central Texas getaway into a little sightseeing, a good meal, and some grandstand time. Our kind of itinerary. ❤️
