We are looking to add another motivated and hard working team member to the GRW crew. The open position is for a Shop Hand / Maintenance Technician that will assist in the daily operations within the shop. The job will include on the job skills and safety training, and potentially transition into a larger technician role depending on the level of progress and skills of the candidate.

Written job description can be provided upon request.

Pay based on experience, however this position does qualify as an entry level position for someone wanting to get their foot in the door in this industry.

⚠️ PRODUCT UPDATES ⚠️

We have recently added the Z1 Billet Aluminum front bearing cover as an option to our L-Series CD009 6-Speed Conversions to ensure continuity in our product line.

As the OEM cover availability dries up, it only makes sense to improve upon an already awesome product, so we partnered with Z1 Motorsports and implemented their new billet front cover into our existing product infrastructure. Not only does the billet cover give you an added layer of strength and support, it also allows for the use of a removable throw out bearing collar snout, which can be replaced without having to service the entire cover later down the line.

We also added the option to powdercoat the bellhousing as well, to give your Datsun build that extra layer of customization.

With almost 100 units sold across both our DIY bellhousing kits, and our complete CD009 swap kits, there is no doubt that this is the best selling 6-speed swap available for the Datsun market today, with our TL70 kit trailing closely behind.

Shoutout to Mr. Wisniewski for trusting us with his 240z Build, featuring a GRW built 3.2L Stroker, Individual Throttle Bodies, Vintage Air, and more.

Once in a blue moon, we find ourselves with the opportunity to completely refine our process, and approach a build from a completely new angle. A build that re-defines our capabilities, our product line, as well as communicates to the car community that we take our jobs and the responsibility that comes with it very seriously. A built that allows us to fully express ourselves, with no restrictions. This is one of those builds.

We've been busy! We have not had time to update everyone with the progression of some of our in shop builds this year. We finished off Mr. Preble's 5.0L V8 Swapped Ranger project and have finally gotten around to posting it on our blog, as well as on social media.

While we are well known in the Datsun and Nissan community, we work on all makes and models, and aren't picky when it comes to building cool stuff.

Caleb, one of our tech/fabricators daily drives a V8 Swapped Ranger, so this fit right into his skill set. We took a donor V8 Explorer, and swapped everything over to this single cab ranger to give it an OEM level fit and finish, as well as function.

The Inaugural Colorado Z Fest for 2026 was a HUGE success. We had a great time with awesome Z car enthusiasts, lots of driving time through the mountains, and getting to meet new people.

We hope that CZF becomes a staple for the GRW crew in the coming years, it was definitely one for the books!

Now back to our regularly scheduled programming of grinding on builds and online orders, as well as regular Youtube and Instagram updates.

We appreciate everyone's patience during this trial period of attending both Colorado Z Fest and Texas Z Fest for this year, it has been a huge learning experience for us, but we made it to the other side, and it will be easier and easier the more we attend these things.

We also gave away a Plug and Play MS3Pro Mini ECU and harness kit at each event, so if you're in the Colorado or Texas area next year for Z Fest, stop by our booth, buy some raffle tickets, and you might get lucky!

We’ve got a new product that was developed on one of our development vehicles and torture tested in the Texas Hill Country during Texas Z Fest. We have also torture tested this kit in the raw heat of Texas during 5 o’clock traffic, and it has far exceeded our expectations.

With an integrated aluminum fan shroud, this cooling fan kit moves a combined 4200 CFM of air across the radiator, and the brushless fans mean less load on your electrical system and more longevity. You will not find a better, or higher flowing cooling fan kit on the market to date!

This kit was built out of necessity on our high performance vehicles. Big turbos, combined with a hefty cam contributed to a ton of heat, and finally exceeded the capacity of our best selling Dual SPAL Fan kit.
