This is gonna come across harsh but it is where I’m at with this 2020 made people lazy. If you are one of those that come by “looking” for a job and get hired then completely ghost them. Do me a favor stay in bed and don’t waste my time. Need people that show up and want to work. I am extremely fair and the shop is also climate controlled. Work atmosphere is pretty laid back as well.
