I Need to make this CLEAR AS I CAN when you message me or text me for work tell me the year make and model the engine size and if is all wheel drive or 4x4 or not. LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN PARTS ! I am tired of looking up parts cost and then you tell me you have your own parts I will glady take and use your provided parts but I will not honor any labor warranty if your provided parts are no good thats on you. Not even take customer bought parts at all. I am nice enough and willing to take them and install them I sometimes have customers bring me the wrong parts and they tie my lifts and I have employees on my payroll that im paying if this continues to happen I will no longer be able to tske customer bought parts. This is my time we are talking about so be respectful of my time. I will always the work done on your car is done right. I respect and look out for all of my customers best interest so in return what I am asking for is not much. When you text me a simple message as far how much to put a timing set in but you dont tell me anything but that you dont tell me the year make model engine size etc I will no longer respond in the future. I get some people making comments that I dont respomd to them and if I forgot to respnd to you and your message was detailed I apologize. I HAVE STATED OVER AND OVER AGAIN IT IS BEST TO TEXT ME AT 260 413 2274 I am unavailable to talk to you for 30-45 minutes on the phone when im working on a car. Time is money and im not wasting my time on the phone most people are looking for me to look into my crystal ball and diagnose there car problems over the phone so they can try to fix it them selfs I will not do that and I am not going to do that. Call Autozone and waste there time they get paid for there time you waste my time! Reading is fundamental so read read..... if I dont respond to you its because I feel that you have disrespected me and not followed simple instructions that I have ask for!

Thanks alot Miquala andI just wanted to say thank you very much to all my customers I really appreciate all of you and I hope all of you are doing well. I will always do you right and always use high quality parts and I will never recommend or do repairs that are not needed I will show you and explain to you why the parts are bad and I will always show you your old parts. I have a universal technician license in heating and air conditioning and refrigeration if you need your Air conditioning fixed or recharged let me know I can also fix and find leaks. I have electronic leak detectors and ultra violet dye. I can replace bad ac compressors and other bad ac components. I also have a vaccum pump to remove air and moisture from the system to ensure proper charging and operation of the system.

2012 traverse Customer brought me this car to repair after it was in a accident. What I found was the the strut was bent very bad the lower control arm was bent the cv axle was broke and the caliper brake hose was busted. I changed all the bad parts and put the used fender and used bumper cover on it that the customer brought me. The Traverse now is able to be drove and runs and drives like it should.

Gmc Acadia customer brought to me that it was very loud especially when they pressed the gas pedal. I found the flex pipe was broken and showed and explained to the customer that when they pressed the gas pedal that the torque from the engine was making the flex pipe separate i replaced the flex pipe and tripled welded to the existing exhaust pipe. The Acadia was then quiet like it should be.

1996 Volvo 850 customer brought me this car told me they had it at another shop that they had no head lights and no brake lights. They told me the other shop couldnt find out what the issue was I told them i would find and fix the issues with the headlights and brake lights. I found the bad wires and repaired them. I also found that the bright headlights was not working and that it had blown the hazard light fuse which was on the same circuit as the bright head lights. I found out the hazard light switch was internally shorted. The bright lights and low beam lights and brake lights all work like they should now

2016 Pro-master city Customer told me that something was wrong with the brakes and if I could check to see if it needed a tune up also. I found after taking it on a drive that the front brake rotors was warped. I also found that some one had put cheap auto lite spark plugs in and they looked terrible. I replaced the front brake rotors and put ceramic brake pads on. I also checked the rear brake shoes for the customer I advised the customer that the rear brake shoes was still in a great condition and did not need to be replaced. I also changed the ignition coils and I put NGK laser iridium spark plugs in. I advised the customer that with the miles that was on it was just a matter of time before the ignition coils started to fail. I also found a broken wire that went to the brake pad wear sensor and repaired the broken wire.

2014 Dodge Durango Customer told me that he had cold air on passenger side vents but hot air on driver side vents. I found that the plastic gear that turns the left mode temperature door from hot to cold that sits behind the blend door actuator was broken. I showed and explaned to the customer the broken gear. I replaced the broken blend door gear and also put a new actuator on it. Everything works as it should now.

2019 GMC Acadia customer brought me this car. He told me that his wife told that something was wrong with the car. I took the car for a drive I could tell that the front brake rotors was warped and needed replaced. I replaced the front brake rotors and put high quality ceramic brake pads on it. I also changed the oil with full synthetic oil and mobil 1 oil filter. I only use high quality parts high quality oil and high quality oil filters.

A customer brought me this 2008 Mercury mountaineer to do some brake work and caliper work. I noticed right away there was only two lug nuts holding the wheel on. The customer was there and with me before i ever touched the wheel. They told me they had no idea that there was only 2 lug nuts holding the wheel on and all wheel studs was broken off except 2. I advised the customer that this was very unsafe and the weight alone could break the other 2 studs and lug nuts off and the wheel and tire could fall off. I explained and showed the customer that it would be best to replace the bearing hub assembly with a new one and that the new one would have all new wheel studs. This bearing was very rusted and seized up in the steering knuckle assembly. I was able to weld a bolt to the old hub assembly and use my hub bearing removal tool and my acetylene oxygen torch to heat the old bearing hub asembly up to remove it and replace it with a new one.
