Precision That Lasts Generations

This micrometer set belonged to the grandfather of one of our owners. It’s decades old and still as reliable as the day it was made. We’re not just using a tool here; we’re carrying forward a story. A reminder that true craftsmanship stands the test of time. There’s something powerful about using the same instruments that shaped the hands and minds before us. It’s an honor to put them back to work and let them be part of what we’re building now. Family matters to us. Legacy matters to us. And in everything we do, we carry a deep respect for where we come from and who helped get us here. We don’t take that lightly. We’re proud to keep the story going. One precise measurement at a time.

Say 👋🏼 to our employee Maddi, she is currently majoring in Computer Science with a second major in Mathematics and has her sights set on a career in software development. She loves problem solving and enjoys learning how things work from the ground up. Outside of school, you’ll usually find her grabbing a coffee (light cream, cinnamon, and honey is her go-to) or treating herself to a strawberry açai refresher, which never lasts long. When she needs to unwind, Maddi’s favorite escape is the beach, especially the Outer Banks in North Carolina, where she can relax to the sound of the waves. A fun fact about Maddi is that she’s almost ambidextrous she writes with her left hand but does just about everything else with her right. If you’re looking for her favorite local spot, Henry’s is the place: margarita pizza, fries, and late-night appetizers are hard to beat.

Our team spent the day at the Performance Racing Industry (PRI) Convention connecting others around pushing the limits of performance. We had strong conversations around carbon fiber applications, scalable production, and most importantly, how to bring it back to the United States! Excited to bring new ideas back to the shop and keep building what’s next. If you need a lightweight solution, we’ve got the answers!

It may not look like much but lots of moving parts for our customers today! We are so grateful for this season! What are you grateful for? Making a difference through the products we produce is currently at the top of our list☺️

Say Hello To Jackson 👋🏼

Jackson’s a hands on, hard working guy who loves meeting new people, improving processes, and watching projects come together from start to finish. With experience in both manufacturing and construction, he brings a strong work ethic and a natural ability to figure things out, which makes him an incredible asset for our team. Outside of work, Jackson has a serious sweet tooth, his grandma’s Cherry Delight is his absolute favorite. He’ll never turn down a good cheeseburger, he’s a proud dog dad to two pups, Finn and Roo and in his free time you can usually find him relaxing on the couch, binge watching Stranger Things with his girlfriend. Help us give Jackson a warm welcome. We’re thrilled to have him here, congrats on your new employment!
