Ron Pawley is the owner and president of J. Pawley Motors Inc. Pauley Toyota. He has been in the automotive business since 1971. Pawley has a passion for auto racing. He is a graduate from Bob Bondurant Racing School of High Performance Driving. At 64 years young, he still participates in Sports Car Club of America where he currently races a 1997 Toyota Supra in the ITR class and a 2005 Lexus IS300 in the STU class. The highlight of his racing career would be 1st place finish at the prestigious 24 hours of Daytona with co drivers Don and Kelly Marsh. The difference you will find at J. Pauley Toyota is a friendly and well trained staff dedicated to meeting your needs. Our sales department is open Monday – Thursday 8:30 – 7 and Friday and Saturday 8:30 – 6. General Manager Mark Kremers has been a part of our team for 20 years. He started as a salesman and worked his way to General Manager. Pauley has two Sales Managers, Gary Brock and Gary Baber. Gary Brock has been with us for 19 years; Gary Baber has been with us for 18 years both starting as salesmen as well. Pauley we have loyal managers as well as loyal employees with experience to meet your automotive needs. Pauley’s service department is overseen by Ed Shown. He has been with us for 15 years, starting as a master technician and working his way to service manager. Shown has 5 Assistant Service Managers to insure that you have a pleasant experience at our dealership. Pauley employs 1 master diagnostic technician, 2 master technicians, 2 expert technicians, 2 certified technicians, and 1 accessory technician. Our Express L**e Service has 3 lanes and 6 technicians. The hours for our service department are Monday – Friday, 7:30 – 5:30, and Saturday, 8 – 2. We also have a complimentary shuttle service to the Fort Smith metro area. We will be glad to service your Lexus, Honda, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Suzuki, Hyundai, Kia, Isuzu, Chevy, Oldsmobile, Pontiac, Cadillac, Buick, Hummer, Saturn, Lincoln, Mercury, Ford, Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Volvo, BMW, Mercedes, Saab, Audi, Volkswagen, or Porsche. Our parts department is managed by Billy Richmond. He has been with J. Pauley for 16 years. Our parts department has a wide variety of genuine Toyota parts and accessories. We also have a gift boutique consisting of NASCAR memorabilia and Toyota apparel such as scale models, jackets, cars, hats, shirts, etc. Pauley serves a large area of Arklahoma, including Greenwood, Clarksville, Poteau, Sallisaw, Mena, Waldron, Russellville, Mountainburg, Van Buren, Fort Smith, Fayetteville, Rogers, Springdale, Lavaca, and Barling.
