Many jobs completed by Cruisin Customs LLC include the cleaning and restoration of classic interiors.
While we do not offer general detailing services, our attention to detail and in depth processes may give that old interior that fresh look and feel you've been searching for.

Here we can see the difference on a pair of original 1965 mustang sun visors.

Sometimes it’s not about ALL NEW EVERYTHING, sometimes it’s about taking that ~60 year old part and giving it a good clean, polish, and adjustment.

As you can see with some of these Mustang parts, a good cleaning goes a long way.

Here’s a set of captain’s chairs we duplicated for a customer last week so they’d exactly match the full upholstery interior we did for them a couple weeks ago!

Don’t get too excited—we don’t usually accept captain’s chairs because they are extremely time consuming and you can usually get them new for cheaper! But, then again, we’re all about the custom work!

Here’s a seat and bolster assembly for a vintage racing kart!

The main section with vertical pleating is actually the original leather, which we cleaned and restored to its former glory. The sides and back however were made from scratch, including new wood, new foam, and new material.

We knocked this out after hours a little while ago to make sure our customer could get back on the track! As you’ll see in the before photos, the seat had definitely seen its racing days!

Like we always say, there’s no job too weird! Bring it on in! 🏎

Our most recent triumph was taking boat seats, interior padding, running boards, dash padding, and a motor boat cover from a 1995 speedboat and replicating the exact design all the way down to the original colors!

The two changes we did make were changing the color of some piping from white to maroon to give a nice outline effect, as well as inverting some color placement for a more interesting overall design.

This is the final product of all the other videos and pics we’ve been sharing over the past couple weeks (minus the captain’s chairs which are still in progress 😉).

As you’ve seen in our other posts, the 25-year old wood has been replaced with epoxy coated, pressure-treated plywood.

Whether you like to keep things original, or if you want something wild and crazy, we’d be happy to help you make it happen!

Here is one of the two boat seat backrests we did for our friend Tallie McKinney at Binkley Real Estate, LLC!

When she’s not out helping folks buy their dream home, you can find her around the lake! The second photo shows the wear of the material, and you can also see just a bit of wear on the foam.

After time, foam can compress and shrink, so we like to wrap the entire cushion in a thin layer of new foam to give it back some life!
