Good morning everyone! Hope everybody is having a good morning. S & J automotive and more LLC would like to announce that we are looking for a part-time receptionist (3-4) days depending on workload.

Job description.

Keep office clean
Cash out customers
Write up work orders
Call customers with updates or promotions
Organize paperwork
Take phone calls
Contact warranty companies with certain customers
Call in parts if needed

Job requirements..

Must have computer skills
Must be good with customer service
At least high school education college is good too
Preferably have experience at dealership BDC departments..
Must have experience with the computer software such as Microsoft word and Excel..

Pay is based off experience and work dedication..
