This is why it is so important to not run ypur truck with a faulty injector. Truck was white smoking and shut off from hydrolocking. The injector was removed however a very minor vibration was felt. Noise during cranking was perfect, however the balance test said otherwise.

This truck ended up getting a long block due to a bent rod.

7.3 powerstroke with low power. Turbo fins left the chat, Up pipes leaking and exhaust manifolds leaking. Some bellowed up pipes went in, a new turbo was installed along with new manifold gaskets and hardware.

Now this 7.3 can live to hold up mountain traffic another day.

Another day, another 6.7 powerstroke getting resealed. We only do these one way now, and that's an engine pull, replacing front and rear cover gaskets, valve cover gaskets, injector grommets etc etc. We are seeing leaks from these gaskets, completely negating doing the upper pan only. Temperture dependent, we let the truck sit for a minimum of 24 hours to ensure a full cure of all sealent.

Seeing a lot of 4th gen engine mount failures lately. Nearly every truck we've done a turbo actuator on has needed one.

Customer spent 9k at a shop for a transmission and still had the same issue. Truck was towed to us where we promptly found that the t case had failed. A new Ford transfer case went in and he was back on the road.
