What an incredible evening representing Pelican Yacht Club at the 2026 Annual Wild Game Dinner at the St. Lucie County Fairgrounds!

Executive Chef Jason Miranda and his talented culinary team truly put on a show, serving an unforgettable dish:

Duck Confit Waffles
Crispy duck, bourbon peach gastrique, goat cheese crumbles, and candied Georgia pecans.

The response was amazing. Throughout the evening, guests returned to our table for seconds — and even thirds — with many telling us, “That was the best I’ve ever tasted!”

Moments like these make us especially proud to represent Pelican Yacht Club. Chef Jason and his team showcased the creativity, quality, and attention to detail that our members have the opportunity to experience every day.

Congratulations to Chef Jason Miranda and the entire culinary team on an outstanding showing. You represented Pelican Yacht Club exceptionally well and gave everyone a taste of what makes our Club so special.

What a wonderful evening at our most recent Open House at Pelican Yacht Club! ⚓️

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us, experienced the Club, and made the evening so special. We’re especially excited to welcome those who took the next step and became members, joining an exclusive tradition that has long been part of the Treasure Coast community.

Our membership continues to grow, and we are quickly approaching a waiting list. If you’ve been considering becoming part of Pelican Yacht Club, there truly is no better time than the present.
