Inti Tire Shop & Roadside Assistance is expanding our mobile operations!
We have a top-tier, fully outfitted Ram 3500 mobile service rig sitting ready to roll, packed with brand-new, premium commercial mounting and balancing machinery, brake tools, and support equipment. We cover 100% of the operational expenses! commercial insurance, fuel, marketing, dispatching, and tool maintenance/replacements. You just bring your skills and a clean driver's license.

💰 THE PAY STRUCTURE: 30% Uncapped Labor Split. You are paid a clean 30% commission on all service and labor revenue generated on every ticket. You do not touch parts math or complex overhead calculations—if you do the work, you take 30% of the labor.

4-Tire Mount & Balance: You make $48.00 (~45 mins of work)
Front Brake Service (Pads/Rotors): You make $54.00 (~45–60 mins of work)
Tire Rotation & Balance (4 Wheels): You make $30.00 (~30 mins of work)
Roadside Emergency Flat/Plug: You make $27.00 (~20 mins of work)
Hustlers can easily clear $200–$300+ a day on busy routes.

⏱️ THE SCHEDULE: True 1099 Freedom (Make Your Own Hours)
We respect your time. You operate as an independent contractor, meaning you choose your availability every week.
Every Sunday, you tell our dispatcher what blocks of time you want to be "active" for the upcoming week (e.g., Monday–Thursday, 8 AM to 4 PM).
When you are on your block: You are committed to executing every dispatch ticket we send you.
When you are off block: You are completely off the clock. If you aren't available, we simply pause our mobile booking system or route calls outside your hours. You have total control over your work-life balance.

🛠️ REQUIREMENTS:
Proven professional track record in tire mounting/balancing (custom wheels a major plus) and front brake services.
Immaculate driving record (must pass commercial insurance clearance).
Absolute honesty, punctuality, and professional customer service.
Must be comfortable working independently in the field.If you are ready to partner with an established shop, drive a premium rig, and write your own paycheck, let's talk.
