Mid-beam pour is done on the O-P building. Here's what that means. The walls go up in stages. Crews stack concrete block with steel rebar running vertically through it, stop partway up, and pour a reinforced concrete beam straight through the middle of the wall. That beam ties the block and steel together into one solid piece. Then the block keeps climbing to full height.

Thanks to Southwest Concrete, Omni Construction, and Schwing Concrete Pumps for the pour. 🏗️

Here's where Phase B sits on the property. Two buildings on the north end, outlined above. Owners are already getting creative with the layouts, combining units for full pass-through, and we have double-wides going in with mezzanines.

The final slab on Phase B's second building is down. 870 cubic yards of concrete across 43,000 square feet. Both buildings are now out of the ground, and the last phase of Vehicle Fortress is taking shape.

In a flood-prone state, the slab is where fortress-built starts. Next come the walls.

All 24 units in Buildings O and P are now laid out on our new listings page, with live availability. Take a look at https://vehiclefortress.com/listings

Thanks to the crews behind the pour: Henning, Southwest Concrete, Mahoney Concrete, Omni Construction, Tier 1 Engineering, and Schwing.
