Tonight's little project is a keychain lantern. Not quite sure what we're going to do with this one yet, but I have enough material on hand to make a couple more if anyone is interested. Blue, green, and orange tritium is available. :-)

In the Focus ST and RS, Ford set the gas pedal a fair distance below the brake. For normal driving this isn't bad, but if you like to heel-toe (or in my case, do the side-to-side thing with your right foot), the pedal height doesn't let you get away with that.

Enter: the gas pedal spacer. At this thickness, I felt this was the ideal height for the RS while still allowing one to reuse the factory hardware without modifying the assembly in any way. Simple, inexpensive, and effective.

Rear license plate bracket for the US-spec MK3 Focus RS.

(For the uninformed... the car comes from the factory with a flimsy plastic adapter bracket. The bosses are thin, and strip out very easily. Additionally, the supplied OEM screws are too long, and are often doing damage to the paint.)
