As we wrap up 2024, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks to everyone who has been a part of our four-year journey with the 24-hour shift and mobile service. Your feedback, suggestions, and support have been invaluable in shaping the way we do business, and I truly appreciate your dedication to making this venture a success.
Starting January 1, 2025, we will be making a few changes to improve our services and streamline our operations. First, we’ll be adjusting our hours of operation. The new schedule will begin with 24-hour shifts starting on Sunday and concluding on Wednesday. From Thursday through Saturday, Steve will be on call after 6 PM to assist with any overnight service requests.
To ensure efficient service during these hours, we’re introducing a few important changes:
1. **Service Requests**: When requesting overnight services from Steve, customers must provide detailed information via text or voicemail, outlining the specific services needed. If photos are required for clarity, we’ll ask for those to ensure we’re aligned on the services to be provided.
2. **Payment Policy**: Full payment for services must be completed before Steve is dispatched to DAILY TIRE. Please note that all transactions for night shift services will be processed through **Zelle** or **Apple Pay** only.
