Chef Anthon Johnson is Bahamian by heritage, with over twenty years of culinary experience and a French-Caribbean style he describes simply: Caribbean for flavor and spice, French for finesse and elegance.

His cooking earned him a reputation across restaurants, hotels, and yachts, most recently M/Y EMRYS, where he was known for his passion, creativity, and impeccable flavors.

Ask him about a memorable moment in the galley and he won’t talk about technique. He’ll tell you about a mother who came to him in tears, because for the first time in a long time, she’d just watched her kids eat happily through a charter.
