Never did post pics of this job from the other week. Isuzu NPR HD front brakes and rotors that turned into full bearing replacement as well when we found the inner bearing races spinning in the hub and the hard facing on some of the rollers damaged.

Busy morning in the shop. Broken belt and bad tensioner on a box ruck, service going on up on the lift, and finishing quite the minor, but multiple repairs on an old F250 in the bay behind the box truck. It’s slowly picking up in the shop, not as fast as we hoped, but steadily.

New IPR valve and connector pigtail for this type 2 fire apparatus with a DT530E engine today. Intermittent engine dying with no/hard restart. Found a code for Injection Control Pressure unable to build when cranking. Tested components and determined most likely culprit to be sticking IPR valve. Old one was original from 2002.

One job in the shop currently being worked on is this 2009 F350 6.4 powerstroke. Decent oil leak on the right side of the engine that appears to be coming from the glow plug harness, and a leaking water pump.
